Practice Manager - Viv  

We welcomed Viv to Rao Urology in October 2014. She brings with her comprehensive administration skills particularly in the medical field, having worked in varying specialties, general surgery and specialist practice.  Viv will assist with any enquiries regarding your urological care in regards to admission, billing, and post operative follow up.  Located in the Richmond rooms:  Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

 

Medical Secretary - Nitsa

Nitsa joined the team at Rao Urology in December of 2017. She has worked in the medical administration field for 30 years with knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping and reception. Nitsa will be with us on a part time basis, Tuesdays in Coburg and Fridays in Richmond. She will be happy to assist with any appointment bookings, procedure enquiries and surgical bookings.
